Our Mission

Center for Mind Body Health is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower people to heal their hearts and minds through the use of group retreats and ongoing community classes.

We are in the business of teaching skills and practices used for centuries that will assist you in changing your life in an affordable way.

We offer a variety of programs throughout the year designed to help you change your life for the better.

We lead workshops and retreats on topics such as:

  • Mindful Self-Compassion

  • Guided Meditation for Pain Management

  • Overcoming Anxiety

  • Restoration Retreat for those experiencing acute stress in life or career

  • Mindset for Growth retreat for those who feel stuck in their lives and want to achieve a level of movement and growth

  • Healing the Trauma Response to learn meditation and other healing arts following a traumatic experience

    In addition, we offer ongoing classes in:

  • Yoga

  • Meditation

  • Growing your own food for balanced nutrition
